Hello & Welcome to East Mill Home Bakery! My name is Katie and I have enjoyed baking ever since I was a kid learning to make Grandma’s oatmeal cookies on East Mill Road. I love baking, both for myself and others, because of the joy and connection it brings! In my late 20s, I had to make the startling transition to gluten-free for health reasons. I thought it would bring my baking to a halt, but I have learned and grown through it! This space is for sharing recipes, baking lessons learned, and what it’s like to bake gluten-free.
